Administrative Assistant II - Compliance at Putnam
Provide administrative support to the Chief Compliance Officer and assigned managers: Professionally screen and accurately route telephone calls; maintain and create files in accordance with internal procedures; open and distribute mail, faxes, etc.; order supplies; maintain calendar(s) and schedule appointments; make travel arrangements; submit reimbursements; arrange conferences/meetings; prepare materials for Trustee and Board meetings; other administrative duties as required. This position will also produce a variety of accurate and concise correspondence, reports and presentations to support and promote individual business unit management needs. Utilize appropriate office equipment and software for word-processing, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Requires a high level of confidence, strong Microsoft Office software knowledge, and at least three years of prior related experience. A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
