Accounting and Control Services
From daily pricing of mutual funds to check and wire transactions, members of this group work to deliver superior service for clients inside and outside of Putnam, and to help reduce financial and operational risk. The Accounting Services area manages accounting operations and the daily pricing of Putnam mutual funds. The Control Services group provides audit support, cash and share reconciliations, and manual check and wire transactions.
This group specializes in business plans and forecasts, board reporting, accounting/reporting, payroll, accounts payable, procurement, treasury, tax, finance systems, and financial compliance. The Financial Planning and Analysis area partners with the business regarding the annual plan/budget, monthly analysis/reporting, profitability analysis, business metrics, Fund Board (Trustees), and various ad hoc projects.
Defined Contribution Investment Only (DCIO)
Putnam DCIO provides investment solutions that are strategically focused on the retirement industry. The team partners with defined contribution plan sponsors and financial intermediaries, and provides them with ongoing support to help meet the needs of investors. The team specializes in industry-leading service, accessibility, and market research to support an array of investment-only product solutions.
Providing important support for Putnam's funds and institutional trusts, Fund Administration employees prepare financial statements, shareholder reports, tax returns, and regulatory filings. They also estimate dividends and distributions for the Putnam funds.
Global Institutional Management
Endowments, corporations, and public pensions rely on Putnam Global Institutional Management to access a variety of Putnam investment solutions. The team manages distribution directly through client organizations or in partnership with consultants.
Global Investment Strategies
Working in partnership with Putnam's investment professionals, this group provides expertise and insight on Putnam's products to distribution teams and clients. The Investment Strategies team provides marketing resources to Putnam's distribution teams, while Product Development team members analyze current and future product opportunities.

Mutual Fund Shareholder Services
The team behind Putnam's DALBAR-Award-winning customer service, Mutual Fund Shareholder Services manages all shareholder records and performs account transactions such as purchases, redemptions, and dividend payments for Putnam investors. The client services call center provides support to investors, financial advisors, financial institutions, and broker/dealer firms. Mutual Fund Shareholder Services also delivers world-class service to its Putnam colleagues — providing business analysis, system testing, reporting, e-commerce, print production, and the mailing of statements and literature.

Putnam funds are sold through financial advisors, and Putnam Retail Management is responsible for their distribution to this vital group. The team works with wire houses, banks, regional broker/dealers, and registered investment advisors to manage the distribution of a full suite of investment solutions across all asset classes.
